Foundation
stone laid 1919. Work finished in 1921.

The brickwork is notable for the three different styles of bond: English and Stretcher, and perhaps Flemish, seemingly at the whim of the bricklayer.
The
builder was a local man (see Sue Jacobson's history pages).

frames and lintels all in concrete.

The so-called nartex, ie porch or foyer, was added
sometime in the 1980s, as was the church hall.
